Please do not complete this form unless you have received an offer from Birmingham City Council or if you are not on the King Edward VI Academy Trust offer list. All submissions of this form will be cross-checked against the lists.

Register Your Interest
Sixth Form Open Evening took place on Wednesday 8th November 2023. The deadline for Students to register their interest in the Sixth Form was 23.59hrs on 5 January 2024. However, Students that have missed the deadline can call the school on 22nd August 2024.
